Probably it is not the food you eat every day, at least we hope so, but here is a list of the top foods that you most likely to consume often that may contain carcinogens or be suspected of causing cancer.

These tiny little bags seem so tasty and nice, than you can’t even suspect them in something bad, because popcorn is not considered as something bad. And they are so easy to use – just put them into microwave and they are ready. But it is not so simple. Microwave popcorn bags has a chemical called perfluorooctanoic acid ( PFOA) which is a toxin. 4. Highly slated or smoked food
These kind of food are covered with nitrates. Despite the fact, that nitrates do not cause cancer in and of themselves, sometimes certain conditions these chemicals change once they are inside the body into N-nitroso composites. It’s this N-nitroso that is associated with a greater increase the risk of developing cancers.
5. Diet foods
Food and drinks which are labeled “low-fat” are usually full of artificial sweeteners. These things are not causing cancer itself, but you can become addicted. Don’t forget that artificial is not a real food. Be smart and eat nature’s own “diet” food: fruits and vegetables.
6. Alcohol
Alcohol is a second cancer causing product in the world. Yes, moderate or low consumption of alcohol can be healthy and lead to a reduced risk of heart disease, but overdoses are risky.
